Brilliant - Not only a great little store, but also a listed 'click & collect' store for Amazon orders. Late night opening means I can pick up parcels out of regular hours. Great for people with busy lifestyles. Fast check in and order processing. Staff are always helpful pleasant.
This Argos has lots of parking available, including disabled spaces right in front of the store. In store there is a choice of pay by machine or at a person manned till. The staff are always cheeful and helpful. Very fast service here, from ordering to collection. This is also a collextion point for eBay parcels.
Brought an item back as one of the parts had been drilled incorrectly. I showed the lady which part was wrong and she got another down and checked the new one was correct and exchanges without an issues. Fantastic customer service by a very nice member of staff. Thank you
Staff are very helpful. But it can be annoying when they have an offer on giving a voucher if you spend £50 and you buy item costing £49.99 there is nothing to make up the 1p.
Greeted with a 'can't be bothered' attitude from the manager when I called in to get a link taken off my watch strap. I'd previously called in to Chorley store and they couldn't help my enough. I wouldn't normally post a negative comment like this but I am disgusted with her attitude.
Usually very good,but i called in today Tuesday 5th of December and the Christmas pre lit wreath was out of stock,not very good as there is still 19 days left,should have ordered more stock of them.
This is definitely one of the better Argos stores in terms of product stock levels. The wait isn't too bad either considering it's on a busy site.
Why is Leyland store not open you do click and collect and it sends you to sainburys , chorley or Preston come on Argos not every one drives and this is unfair yes you said you can get it delivered but when I need it asap and your not guaranteed on same day delivery because all your delivery slots are full this is unfair to people living in Leyland we always get forgotten
Bought a tv from here, got the TV out of the box, the screen was not in place, it was hanging out of the borders, the screen is also extremely smashed. Box isn't damaged so this must have happened before it got boxed.
Easy access to the shop. Previously I have had problems here when taking something back. The last time I returned something the service was excellent, hopefully this will continue.
