I spoke to many different agencies then I spoke to Mae from Masterclass, she really was a different class to anyone I had spoken to prior. She was professional but at the same time friendly, full of positive energy. A credit to her profession. I will be staying with Master class education in my pursuit of a new job because of Mae!!!!
Excellent teaching agency with dedicated staffs. Lee Solay was exceptionally helpful in her determination to secure me a job mfor September going out of her way to respond to my calls and emails even in out of office hours to ensure that I get a job. I highly recommend Master class to all teachers looking for job.
After having a year out of employment due to personal family reasons, I am a Yoga teacher too but was teaching part time evenings. I was extremely worried and was having no luck at all in getting another job in an environment that suited me - I wasn't even being asked for interviews! I was contacted by Lena Solay at Masterclass and she walked and talked me through each step into getting me a job, within four months she has got me two jobs the first one being a short contract to ease me back into the school environment. If you are unsure about using an agency or recruiters, please try Masterclass and talk to Lena. She is one of the most caring, honest and feel-good person you could talk to. Highly recommend!
Can not recommend Master Class Education enough! I was contacted by the lovely Charli who found me the perfect role at an amazing school. She kept great contact with me, was friendly and was flexible with communication methods. She rang me the morning of my trail day to wish me luck and was so supportive the whole way through and after I got the job which I got within 48hrs!
Got a Job writhing 48hrs. I was contacted by the very pleasant Lena, she was so kind and polite and friendly over the phone, knowing that teachers get bombarded with calls all day about jobs, I thought that was really nice. She listen very attentive as to what I was looking for and didn’t just refer me to any school that didn’t match my needs. She immediately got back to me with a interview in less than 24hrs. She made sure to keep in touch me thought the interview process before, during and even after, plus she was very efficient whenever I requested more information or need information sent over to the school, I got a permanent role within 48Hrs of speaking with her. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone, Make sure you as for Lena.

Worst agency I’ve ever worked with don’t be fooled by these other reviews most likely fake reviews The hidden agency fees are ridiculous, you payslip will have another section of tax and NI taken out - that bit is the hidden agency fees they take more than what your taxed and what’s taken for NI added together. To add your pay changes every week! I raised my concerns about pay and even asked if there’s a option to not get paid through their umbrella company they avoided answering me. Had a recruiter named James absolutely Useless, no solutions are done. No matter how much they will say they will pay you, you’ll still end up getting payed lower than any other TAs on different agencies. if your looking for a great agency, go to protocol education its by far the most transparent, honest and they pay you directly so no useless umbrella companies and no hidden agency fees or outrageous deductions. This agency is a joke. So Unprofessional.
I no longer work for masterclass, but I would highly recommend this agency, I've been with a few and I have to say this is the best one by far. The agent I originally had was great, however he left and a wonderful woman called Danielle took over and honestly she is outstanding! Always approachable, no matter what she has going on she always makes time for her clients, and is always on top of things. She's so understanding and a true asset to Masterclass! I'm really grateful and very lucky to have had the support of such a great team. Very well done masterclass your great! And thank you Danielle you have been an absolute star.
