Ordered on the Masterchef website tonight as I would rather they get all their money instead of just eat taking a large percentage. Website order accepted cards which was great and very safe. I ordered the wrong kebab and called the shop - the man on the phone said not to worry and changed it - very polite and nothing was too much bother. To top it off the food was excellent, lovely pizza and quick delivery to the other side of town. Thanks Master Chef!!!
Excellent Indian food. Generous portion sizes and prices are reasonable. Delivery service is very good. Ice creams are available as well. Would thoroughly recommend.
Love this place staff couldn't be any nicer, the set meals are a bargain!! I can order a set meal for one and three of us can happily get a bit of everything, if u have a larger appetite any set meal is delicious and value for money. I love
Absolutely shocking service, food was given to the wrong people, and despite being told our order with extra additions would be delivered soon, we received nothing. Attempts to call them were met with rude staff and excuses, and we were told that our food was unavailable, before being hung up on thrice. Terrible customer service, will not be ordering from here again.
Had a master chef Euro box on Sunday came within 20 minutes, ordered a euro box again Tuesday 16th August at 21:05 been waiting nearly 1 hour on it, after being told it will be 30 minutes...#Shocking #Badcustomerservice, phone up and said I've still not got it, excuse was you were busy. Not even offered anything in my displeasure.
The order was 30 mins late so we called the store to ask where the food was and they said they gave it to someone else and to wait another 30 mins to get the replacement. We went down on time and after a further 20 minutes of them not being here we called again and got shouted at by the staff saying they've phoned us even though we haven't had any calls. All this resulted in them hanging up on us and saying we weren't getting our order. Absolutely terrible service from the staff following what should've just been a simple mistake. I won't be ordering from here again and would recommend that no one else does either.
Tasty food. Generous portion size. Delivery was quicker than other places! The meal deals and special deals are great price and value.
This is the third time this restaurant has ruined our evening. They never arrived and then refused to return the food claiming that we had not been there to collect when in fact we had been sitting at reception waiting for them for half an hour. They then told us to place the blame on Just Eat instead of them and were incredibly rude over the phone.
Generous portion sizes, good quality and friendly staff. I collect so cannot review delivery, but if its as anything as good as the service in the shop you'll be sorted.
Excellent meal deals and delivery quite fast. Was expecting 1hr delivery but came in 35 mins. Always very tasty food
