Food is normally great and quick.. ordered and waited 40 mins to get a notification to say the order has been cancelled with the reason ‘too busy’ called up as we didn’t recieve a refund and the woman said she ‘didn’t know why they did that’ and to reorder?! Bit weird
Well, I was blown away by our delivery tonight, the food was spot on with no complaints. It's some years since I last had a takeaway from Masterchef, as we've tended to use Blossoms or Eatwell, but as these have disappointed us once too often, it was time for a change. Masterchef will definitely be our go-to place from now on; the food was hot, tasty, fresh and very good value especially the meals for one plus, the meat was not dry and overcooked, very tender beef! Thanks, Masterchef!
Excellent meal. Always very tasty. Generous portions. Friendly staff, great range of food. My favourite Chinese Takeaway in Windsor.
Excellent really lives up to its name ! 2nd delivered meal I have had from this restaurant, turned up perfectly cooked, fresh, piping hot and every mouthful was delicious. Ordered for 7.45pm and turned up on the dot at 7.45pm … faultless
Ordered online for two people with ages until closing time really looking forward to dinner and they cancelled the order saying “too busy” what kind of service is that absolutely appalled!
This must be under new management as food use to be very good my go to takeaway. I tried it again and was very disappointed you use to get value for money but now portions are a lot smaller I was not impressed
Been having delicious chinese food from this place for the past 4 years . Always superbly cooked, tasty and delivered .
Asked to wait on hold for a couple of minutes while they served someone. Stayed on hold for 35 minutes and gave up.
Initially I used these guys and I really enjoyed the food, so when I ordered again I was really surprised to get sent the wrong order. When I called them to explain, they initially denied it. After a lot of debate they agreed to send me a new one. The issue being the rest of my food was going cold in the mean time. They advised it would be at least 20 minutes. I asked if they could refresh it all given they made the mistake but they refused, they told me to eat some of it now and some of it later.... I mean a bowl of plain noodles without the main is really tasty right?? I didn't mind the mistake, but the response to the mistake was massively unreasonable. The food might typically be good, but I cant endorse a food establishment that doesn't look after its customers. For the record, its also been half an hour and the replacement still hasn't arrived.
First time we have ordered and it will not be the last. Really tasty food and a lovely happy delivery lady. Well done Masterchef
