The food was quite good and nicely presented. I was a bit surprised it wasn't busier, possibly because of the new location. While I've had better at other Lebanese restaurants, it wasn't bad at all and portion were very good. We enjoyed both the meal and the overall experience.Food: 4/5
Food quality was OK, but the portion sizes are on the smaller side. Ordered the lamb shawarma and all that came was a pile of meat on a plate. In addition, their main dishes don’t come with any sides, which you would expect for the price. I left the restaurant still hungry. Wasn’t overly impressed by this restaurant and won’t be returning. Service was good and quick.
Echoing to what some other reviewers had said, this restaurant was very overpriced for the shockingly small portions served. I came as a party of three and we ordered 6 dishes in total and we left with our tummy half full / empty. The food was in general very dry and not very well cooked. Clearly my money was paid for the location and interior design. The staff was very slow in serving and mostly inattentive as they had their eyes on the television screen throughout the dining service. One of the worst dining experiences during my stay in London!
The ambiance blends modern elegance with traditional charm, creating a welcoming space for any occasion. The service is attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring a seamless dining experience. Each dish showcases a harmony of flavors and quality ingredients, promising a culinary journey that captivates the senses. Whether you're a seasoned aficionado or a curious newcomer, Massis Grill and Bar offers an unforgettable taste of Lebanese culture through its inviting atmosphere and commitment to excellence.
Food really wasn't good. Menu looked exciting but once the dish arrived it was clear this place is about making money. We ordered three shawarma and they came on little serving trays that would be used to deliver 3 or 4 spring rolls. The meat was dried out like it had been left laying around all afternoon drained of all succulence. Lebanese food has heart this was bereft of that. To add to the failure that this experience was: if you Google shawarma you'll find it typically comes with a flat bread, ours did not. Wish I'd taken pictures to evidence this
cheap takeaway food, a wide variety of typical labanese chef making delicious Grilled Hallumi, Garlic Chilli Prawns and my favourate chicken wings, staff are very nice and the silver bottle's Peroni and lebansese Almaza beer are very chill, finally Mixed Grill is suitable for asian people like me, And the menu take care of vegetarian people such as Grilled Hallumi and Batataharh is very yummy
We were 5 of us went for dinner and ordered group set menu. It was a great deal for us to get almost popular starter dishes cold and hot also ordered main courses specifically I found more testy grill octopus.Food: 5/5
I usually don't leave 1* reviews but the shawarma take away disgustingly bad. The chicken wasn't ready to be served at all. Yet they cut and just put it under grill. It wasn't ready and made me feel really bad. If management reads this - it happened 20th August during lunch time.
Lovely evening dining outside. Super service, lushious Lebanese rosè to accompany delicious mixed sharma, crispy chicken, feta salad, hummus, meat balls - great sauce and grilled halloumi.Food: 4/5
don’t be fooled by these good reviews. This restaurant was by far the worst I have ever been to. The food portions and the quality of the food was equivalent to dog food and that’s including the taste. I’m not convinced the lamb was animal meat due to the fact I suffered from food poisoning. Don’t come to this place if you value yourself.
