I needed a few items for decorating and tried Massey. I've found a gem! Well laid out and tidy, so easy to find what I needed, unlike some other large stores I've used. Staff were very helpful and I found exactly what I needed at very reasonable prices.
I called here to have a look at mowers and was surprised at how comprehensive their stock was. Not just mowers but everything garden related. My wife discovered their kitchen ware department and was absorbed for an hour.nThe staff were very nice and helpful, and despite them being quite, busy, found time for demonstrating a good number of machines and answering all my questions. We could both recommend Masseys and will be returning. It's nice to find a business with good customer service.
Plenty of easy parking, store well set out with good qty of stock of many types. Staff very helpful and professional. Very clean. Have travelled 20 miles to store but well worth it.
Bought our 3rd chain saw here ,always good on price ,got some little knick nak tools too whilst wandering around in store .nNice little cafe too ,toilets on site .nAlways worth a visit .
It's a good store and usually has what you need but its a bit expensive so only visit as a quick option. I don't find the staff very friendly seem to be more interested in chatting to each other and seem a bit stand offish.
