Purchased a lawnmower from here in 2005 and after 20 years it finally needed replacing, so my 2nd visit to the store!.nThis place has changed a lot in that time, still has a massive selection of garden products, but has now also branched into general DIY. However, the difference between this place and your well known DIY stores is that these guys actually know the products they are selling. They were also the lowest price I saw online for the Mountfield mower I was after. For £15 they unbox it, build it and prime it with fuel and oil. They even helped get it in the boot of the car. Great service all around.
A few years ago I purchased a new Honda lawnmower from Massey's and was delighted with the service we were given. When I had need of a quality hedge cutter l returned again even though the item I purchased could have been purchased more locally or even online but because of my previous experience from the company. I was completely satisfied with the service l received and would recommend them to any person who asked my opinion.
Went to buy another replacement petrol lawnmower. Sam suggested I try a battery one - wasn’t sure, worried about cutting power. Decided to give a twin battery Mountfield a go.nAbsolutely love it, works just as well, loads of power and more battery life than required.nThanks Sam and Massy’s.
I bought a Sthil pruner .nExcellent customer service.nA fantastic range on display.nGood kitchen ware too !.
