When here for lunch yesterday. I had the pie of the day, which was stake pie. It was absolutely awful. The pie had been reheated in a microwave!!! The garden peas where hard, the chips where soft and mushy. A really terrible meal.Food: 1/5
We popped into Ashton looking for somewhere to have breakfast and came across this gem. VFM and excellent food and service.Food: 5/5
I had a latte and a jacket potato with tuna which was presented very nicely. The food & drink were nice and the place was clean which is very important. What I love about this place is that it’s very spacious and calm. The prices are fair and customer service was good by the young gentleman who served me so can’t fault this place, props to this nice cafe and it’s staff

Fairly straightforward cafe, on the above floor. 2.30 for a regular think wide cup Hot Choc with cream. Wasn't scolding hot so drink up quickly
Just had a jacket potato tuna a salad. Best lunch I have had in ages. Food: 5/5
Went here a couple of weeks ago for a jacket potato with tuna. It was nice but ended up finding a hair in there. Definitely wasn’t mine as I have my hair up all the time, so unfortunately put me off a little bit, sounds like someone wasn’t wearing a hair net while cooking or preparing food. Some staff are nice behind the till but when they bring you your food to you they never speak when you say thank you for bringing it or they never come over to see if everything is ok with your food.
I stopped off for a coffee intentionally at this place, as I do reviews to place in a book I'm writing on LGBTQI friendly places all over the country and found this establishment very rude, with absolutely no manners with me anyway and make you feel like you are doing them a favour buying anything from them. Never again!! If you are LGBTQI stay away as they definitely have a stench of homophobia & transphobia about them! Warm coffee only and overpriced for what it was anyway.
Disgusted. My daughter has called for a hot chocolate today and asked for hot water to warm my 5 wk old granddaughter's bottle. She thought the price was wrong. When she checked they had charged her 80p for hot water,not to put in her bottle just to warm in. Totally lost for words.
Nice cafe, the staff are nice, and the coffee is good. Can't comment on food as I haven't eaten there, but it looks good. Kid-friendliness: There is a play area for the kids, it's clean and my granddaughter likes playing in there.
