The food here is very good- we’ve been getting delivery from these guys for years now and it never disappoints. Our visit last week was no different - good food, BYO, leftovers aplenty. The naan bread is particularly good. However when it came to paying, and we put our cards down on the plate, the guy comes over and said ‘the card machine is broken’. The same as the last time I was there a while ago. I didn’t have any cash on me. The sign on the door said they took all of the major credit cards. Nobody told us before we ordered £75 worth of food. So they literally made me walk up the road to take money out to pay the bill, which is what I don’t expect from a restaurant. Any restaurant. Sort your operation out, guys. Why ruin a great experience by making people walk for five to ten minutes, having just eaten, frantically hunting for cash, to pay your bill, because you seem to have a perpetually broken card machine.

The worst Indian food I’ve ever had. Tasteless & greasy. They refused to hear our feedback & put it down to “our taste”. In an area spoilt for choice with curry, avoid this one at all costs.

Guy on the phone was great. I ordered Nihari which didn’t taste like Nihari at all. I would have expected better from this place. Service was good but food let me down I don’t think I would be ordering again. Nick

Great staff, good food and service. I had such a wonderful time. The manager was so helpful and his personality shone through. He rearranged seating to accommodate us and with his advice explained the interesting menu. The chef should be complimented as the restaurant was very busy. Our attendant was fantastic and a great asset to “Masaledar” and his team We thank you all for ensuring we had a great evening. Lots of tasty dishes, do not forget to add Nihari, Biryani, Tadka Daal, Jug of Lassi in your meal.

The manager of the restaurant is a very very friendly guy who is very polite and his service is 10 out of 10. The food is usually very very good. If the restaurants owner is serving food please please turn around and walk out the door. She is as rude, as any person I have ever met in my life. On the one and only occasion I was served food by her, it came out cold and late. When I told her the food was cold, she insulted me telling me I was drunk and abusive, which after only having a glass of water I was very insulted My advice take away is the best option.
