Been using it for many years and still get a great service

Had to pick up am emergency prescription here after moving to Glasgow. Most pharmacies give you the runaround with this but Imran issued a full month, no questions asked, removing any stress we had. Additionally, it was very apparent how much care the rest of the staff had for their customers.

I attended today with a stye and the pharmacist was able to dispense something to help. Staff are so kind and friendly I was served quickly and so relieved I could get help so quickly

They have always been heart helped me get medication when not one single Lloyds could get it so don’t go anywhere else as always so pleasant and helpful worse chemist is every Lloyds in the maryhill and queens cross area

Seriously raging. Went there as an emergency today to get eye ointment. Went to put it on and the box was completely empty. No ointment or even instructions That’s £6.30 wasted! Obviously I have no proof that it was empty when I purchased it though. Not what I expect for people in need.

Having to wait to 9.30am for certain meds or controlled drugs no fair enough this could set someone who needs it earlier, special if they have to be a work ,checking to workers etc

The shop recently had  a full refurbishment and is very modern. The staff are always helpfull and the service is quick and reliable. There`s a private area for those customers who need a bit more help or who have to take their prescription on the premises.  The chemist even arranges the collection of my prescriptions from a health centre  not a local one ***** Star Service

This place needs to be stopped from dealing methadone. It only attracts junkies to hang out on the adjacent lane.  I wonder if the pharmacist would like it if methadone was being dealt in his community?

Don't go by the trading hours here, this pharmacy makes up their own hours! It states here they close at 17.30....when I went down to pick up a prescription at 16.55, they were closed and all the shutters were down, which leads me to believe they closed way sooner than 17.00!!!!! So angry, now I have to miss a dose of antibiotics!

Polite helpfull staff. I went 2 times with a prescription and the service was very quick and accurate.
