Dreadful customer service. Phoned to ask if they were open until 6 as I desperately needed something, turned up at 10 to 6 and they had closed early. Female staff member didn't get her name very rude on the phone!
Charged £13 for a hand sanitiser. Didn’t ring it up until after I used Apple Pay and asked for a receipt. Shameful
Tried to buy a face mask there. 8 pounds per piece. That's called making profit on a pandemic. Shameful.
Very friendly and helpful compared to customer service in Boots next door
Gave me inaccurate information regarding getting a vaccine. They claimed I could get not it through a pharmacy. I got it from Hand Pharmacy down the road.
