I'm from Canada and needed to order some flowers for my aunt's birthday who lives in Middleton. The website wasn't allowing me to order so I emailed them directly and discovered it was undergoing renovations. Jessica was swift to answer my email and questions, and was most accommodating to my requests. She was able to process everything for me very quickly and smoothly. Now THIS is excellent customer service! When I visit my aunt, I will be sure to pop in and thank her in person.
Fabulous, caring professionals to deal with. I needed flowers for my parents grave and was unable to get there myself. I discussed a posy over the phone and they were delivered to the graveside and photos were sent to me. The posy was stunning..just the flowers I had asked for. I could not have had better service...or kindness.
Perfect Friendly and same day day delivery of a perfect bouquet! Couldn't recommend more highly.
