The Staff are Always Friendly and Helpful. Beautiful Fresh Flowers and Fabulous boxed Arrangements, I have Ordered a Funeral Arrangement. The Staff were very sympathetic and caring whilst I was choosing what I wanted. There is a good Selection of Grave Ornaments. And a Bonus you can purchase Temple spa products too
They did a beautiful floral tribute for my late uncles funeral. I live in morecambe and was really worried about ordering flowers from so far away, the flower spot didn't disappoint. The flowers where faultless,fresh beautifully arranged and delivered exacting when asked. The only sad thing is I live too far away to use them on a regular basis. I would 100% use them again.
Worst place to go. Insensitive and only care about money. Ordered flowers for my sister's funeral paid for them. Mentioned getting ballons and paying for them when I came to collect the already paid for flowers. Didn't need the ballons in the end. The owner was arguing with me 2 hours before my sister's funeral about a balloon because I didn't want it no more. Totally insensitive and really didn't need the argro of arguing about a friggin balloon when all I could think about was having to face saying goodbye to my sister forever. Overpriced aswell.

had my sisters funeral yesterday and my other sister went in to pick flowers up that she paid for upfront.however there was some baloons that wasnt paid for that the owner she said she was blew up when my sister said she isnt buying them the owner started arguing with my sister literary shouting over her and arguing with her as i had been in 5 mins before the lady knew my sister was going to her sisters funeral that day it is disgusting how my sister was treated doesnt even deserve 1 star flowers were lovely but the way she traeted my sister was appaling
I am always pleased with the service from Christine . Beautiful flowers,lovely arrangements and a delight to know whenever I send flowers they will be fresh and lasting and always admired.
