The old woman with short grey hair who works here is useless. Constantly on her phone and ignorant. Bought 2 bottles of pop at £ 2.30 and proceeded to pay. I've counted my change and found I'd been charged £3.50 because I've grabbed the wrong bottled drink. I was the expecting a nice easy exchange for the drink which was part of the deal but the woman who is still on her phone at this point promptly tells me she can't exchange it all deals are final like it's an auction house. Terrible customer service!
