Martin & Co are a excellent team of professional, helpful and friendly estate agents. I met John Frost and he guided me through the best way to sell my house. His knowledge of the Chelmsford Market and his sage advice helped me find a buyer very quickly. The team were quick with communication and kept me up to date every step of the way. Martin and Co are excellent letting agents. They deal with any issues for tenants promptly and without fuss. Whilst I am currently renting, I also let my own property and I have been impressed with their administration and communication throughout my time as a tenant.
Me and my mum have had an outstanding experience with Martin & Co. After our initial enquiry, we received a very quick follow-up from Luke Harris. He offered a very courteous and professional service and helped us efficiently secure our desired property. Previously, we had encountered many rude agents, but this was certainly not the case with Luke who handled all our queries with utmost care and respect. Martin & Co is on of the most pleasant estate agent I've had the pleasure to deal with. From the start we dealt with John who was extremely informative and quick with his responses. John kept us in the loop with the viewing and organised a weekend viewing for us which was super helpful. We then met with Luke Harris on the day of the viewing, who was top notch. He let us know of the traffic conditions getting into Chelmsford in the morning of viewing which was a real nice touch for our viewing experience. Luke was extremely patient with us and answered all of our questions to the highest professional standard. Luke is a real treasure.

Martin & Co have been absolutely brilliant! I was with another letting agent previously and I did not have a good experience at all. To the point that I was extremely apprehensive in choosing another agent. My first contact was with John Director who was so patient with me as I needed reassurances that I was making the right choice this time and would be in safe hands going forward. It took several phone calls before I finally took the plunge. It was the best choice I have ever made. Since then I think I have spoken predominantly to Luke and Kerri, although to the other members of staff too being Steven, Jodie and Kim. They are all so lovely and work closely together so they know what the other person is doing, which is rare in this day and age. It is also rare for a company to contact you when required, rather than you having to chase for any information. The whole process has been smooth from start to finish and I actually feel like I'm part of a family unit. I cannot thank you all enough :o
I walked in to make a profile for my apartment hunt, all the agents were very welcoming and they happen to have the perfect flat that fitted my needs. I was able visit the apartment at the same day, I made an offer and within a couple of hours the offer was accepted. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for apartments in Chelmsford
