My 89 year old mother visited the post office to send her hearing aid batteries back to the hospital for replacements. She was informed that she couldn’t send them through the post despite doing so for years and was turned away. This is totally unacceptable and I’m appalled that your staff have treated her so badly. I have taken advice from the Audiology and posted them on her behalf as normal. I await your apology!
Very disgusting service be aware of the black ladies she tried view time to do me and my son over when putting money in always look at the card machine before excepting it she did it few times with me she will count your money then when she puts it in the machine she puts wrong amount so you except it and and then she will act as it was a mistake. Had bad experience
I have left this store feeling both a mixture of upset and angry. How can one shop have 3 individuals so poorly trained in customer service. I was made to feel belittled. I will not be returning. Avoid this store like the plague!
Every member of staff from the shop to the post office are helpful and friendly. Always a pleasure to visit Martin's.

Post office hours changed to 9-5.30. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Says on google post office open til 6.30, got there at 5.45 and it, and the shop are shut and door is locked
