A lovely lady called Tracey works here and her customer service skills are impeccable,its an absolute pleasure to be served by Tracey.
I been there yesterday 22-09-2020 around 19.30 . Staff was so rude , They was chatting with each other and don’t like to serve customers. I ask for flowers she said check around don’t ask us . I never seen any rude staff like her . She don’t deserve for customers service job . Zero rating .

This shop isn't bad but unfortunately some staff is rude, only one lady was kind and nice and I feel sorry the way her superviser treat her and talk to her like she some kind of slave. If the person is superviser it doesn't mean she got rights to talk to her staff like some kind of trash and shout in front of costumers. Need to respect the staff and costumers around. This girl make me feel disgust.
The lady by the name Tracy behind the till on Saturday morning 02/01/2021 was extremely rude and unprofessional screaming at me for no reason and calling me rude names. This is unexepytable behaviour. She needs some customer service training for sure !!!!!
Had food poisoning after I had food from this shop, will never go there again.!!!
