Had contacted Martin Phillips about having someone come out and measure for a carpet fitting for my hallway, stair and upstairs landing which when very straightforward. A week later we went in to there banbridge store and picked out a carpet and got a pricing yet again very straightforward. We where told we would be contacted within the week following to arrange the fitting well that week came and went as did the following 4 weeks and heard nothing from them so we decided to contact them and spoke to the fitter who did apologise and said he will do a re pricing to see what he could do and would get straight back to us well that was 3 days ago now and have yet again heard nothing so as you can understand I will not be pestering and will be finding another company to purchase and have my carpets fitted .
I recently bought some vinyl flooring, wood flooring and a carpet remnant from the Banbridge store for use in my caravan. The quality was fabulous and the service was excellent and the carpet fitter outstandingly efficient, professional and very fast. I would not hesitate to recommend this store and its fitting service to anyone. Thank you all for your help and great products. kind regards Mrs H.

Didn't buy a carpet but a laminate floor, very reasonably priced, transformed the room. Very helpful staff.
Was helped today by a guy called Lee who went above and beyond with my request in order to help me and then phoned me back to let me know the outcome. Whilst i didn't purchase anything I won't hesitate in recommending Martin Phillips Carpets to others or buying from them in the future due to what was excellent customer service.
Spent over £600 for them to waste my time and the fitters by sending the wrong carpet out. Fitter who is not directly employed by Martin Phillips was an absolute gent and did a fantastic job fitting and going out of his way to get the correct carpet I paid for.once Martin Phillips sorted the right carpets. No contact from MP to say sorry about that, hope all’s good now, nothing.
Excellent service at a time when we urgently need a carpet changed to hard floor to help with my Dad's worsening mobility issues. Really great service from David in store who arranged a fitting the next day. Fantastic job fitting the laminate, really good finish and a lovely tidy job. Couldn't ask for better at a time when we really needed it.

efficient & friendly service. said they would ring back on Monday after checking stock they did exactly that. they also had a record of a previous order I made 2 years ago with the exact carpet I wanted to match.
