Had a new bathroom fitted last month and was very pleased with it unfortunately while the work was being done my bathroom window was damaged by Keith. He tried to open it and in doing so the hinges dropped so it would not close afterwards, he choose not to tell me at the time so I was unaware there was a problem. I paid in full and later that night when I discovered the damage I contacted Martin straight away. After care contact/ service has been less than than I had expected or liked with me doing all the contacting and having to arrange for various companies to come and quote for repairs. Martin took the view that I was responsible for the damage being caused as I failed to leave a note stating the window would not open. The cost of repair I've had to meet and the inside frame is still damaged . Martin has been adamant in his belief that his workforce had not been responsible for the damage so would not contribute towards repair cost.......all I know is my window was not damaged prior to work being started all be it that it would not open BUT is damaged now.
The homeowner said: 22:18 13/03/2018 Highly recommended Martin, posted job request and within 5 minutes he responded and arranged to come the next morning. Reasonably priced and can't fault his workmanship and I will use him again for future work.
