Got a damage quote within 30 minutes.*** UPDATE *** that's where the good points end. They have had my van for 10 days. How long does it take to change a side door? In the meantime my company is still paying for a hire vehicle. ***Another Update since had my vehicle serviced here and the staff could not have been better, everybody was excellent , if I was just rating the service I received when my vehicle was serviced it would be 5 Stars *****"

Got the best car ever! Thanks to everyone at Vauxhall was brilliant service. Everyone was so friendly from the moment I walked in the door. Don't look any further then here for cars they literally are fab! Thanks especially to Rory and Kris who all had an input in buying such a great car! But overall the lady that ordered my car Charlie , she was brilliant got everything I asked for and more! Thanks so much to you all will definitely be returning for future cars thanks guys!

I have had cause to use their bodyshop services too many times but, can not fault them. I have always received excellent service and courtesy car always offered if may be required. What I appreciate the most is that I know my car will receive a 'full' valet before being returned

Recently had my car MOT'd and Serviced, more expensive than any other local Vauxhall dealership, don't be conned when they agree to match the price elsewhere,. Shocking customer service, do not trust their vehicle health checks, mine are inconsistent and no explanation for this can be provided. Led to believe our car had failed its MOT, it later became apparent that it had not been carried out. Not a safe or trustworthy garage avoid at all costs.

Great service - they managed to book me in on short notice for an annual service and MOT. They called to give updates during the day, and offered to replace brake pads that needed changing on the day too. Both the service booking team and service manager helped me sign up to the Service Club and get a great discount on all the work needed for my car both Drive and Archie Moss have never mentioned the Service Club to me!. I definitely recommend Marshall.

Really poor service. Say they will have the part ready for me for collection within an hour. Paid over the phone. Receive a phone call that it will be a special order and will come in few days. I then wanted to cancel the order but for that I would need to come to the dealership. The manager refused to give refund as it was a special order even when I told him that I was told to come over to the dealership. Eventually after threatening them with legal action they agreed to give refund. Avoid Vauxhall Marshall Leicester stealership at all cost. Trust me they are not worth anyone's time

We have been using Drive Vauxhall for many years but received a more competitive quote from Marshalls so decided to give it a go and so glad we did, the customer service received was excellent, the service advisor dealt with me promptly and efficiently, the car was ready when they said it would be and was lovely and clean. We will definitely be using you again and have already recommended to our daughter who has booked her car in for service and MOT.

I recently used Marshalls for the first time to service and MOT our car. Stupidly I only booked the service and forgot to book it in for an MOT. Despite my error on the morning the car was collected the service manager very kindly agreed to do the MOT on the same day, this saved me a lot of hassle. I used the collect and deliver service, the gentleman was very friendly and arrived within the given window. I was given a full explanation as to the problems with the car and I was impressed with the cleanliness on it's return. I have already booked my car in for further work. I will be using Marshalls in the future and I will not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Awful experience. This Garage has nothing to commend it. Awful experience dealing with them and their rude staff. If one needs things to change write to the parent company in Japan because I've never had a good experience and I'd been going to them for years, only because they are closer and "they are the approved Honda dealer." Don't make that mistake buy a different car and you'll save yourself a myriad of problems. I give this garage zero points. If I could give them negative points I would. Save yourself the trouble buy a different car if it means you have to deal with it this garage. They take a lot of pleasure in their poor reputation and poor customer service.

Ignored from the moment we arrived. All hiding out of the rain visibly so. It's a shame really as we came to look at two specific cars but couldn't get any help. Happy to take my money elsewhere if that is the level of service. Arriva couldn't do enough to help, considering one of two cars there as a result.
