I was very disappointed with the response from Mercedes Chichester to a very minor problem with my B Class. The Exhaust ring clamp broke and all I wanted was an urgent "fix", which would not have taken more than ten minutes. Mercedes service dept told me they couldn't do it until the following week. I eventually went to Kwik Fit who repaired it as I waited took around ten minutes and as it was "trivial" (their words) didn't charge me. That's what I call customer service, and I had never been there before unlike Mercedes who have carried out expensive services on my car for the past seven years.

I bought a used E class from a local dealer in Bristol, but it was FSH from Mercedes Benz of Chichester. On my first health check at Bristol they found a coolant leak, I looked back at all paperwork from Chichester and the fault was discovered and "repaired" previously under warranty. According to the paperwork the "repair" only lasted 6 months as the fault appeared 6 months later at a service report but was never repaired even though the car was still under warranty. The previous owner must have returned the car at that stage and the fault was ever investigated again. I have sent 2 complaints to Mercedes Benz of Chichester asking them why the fault was never repaired properly the first time or the underlying cause investigated the 2nd time while it was still under warranty, but they never replied to my emails. I bought a FSH MERCEDES for peace of mind, but haven't really seen any peace of mind since I still have the fault, which is not covered by warranty from local dealer as it is a "preexisting fault" and Mercedes Bristol wont fix it for free as the car is not under manufacturer warranty anymore. So I have to pay a diagnostic service and repair to fix something that was supposed to have been repaired properly by Mercedes Benz of Chichester in August 2016 and again in March 2017 when the car went in for a service and the fault was still there. Very unprofessional and it seems non-existent customer service. .

Always outstanding customer service from John Green in the Service Department. I always put my Mercedes through Mercedes Chichester and John looks after them perfectly, keeps me updated and gets the job done quickly. Very highly recommended!

Went with my son with an aim of finding more about two of the ranges, and was very pleased with the level of care from the first chat with Lucy who explained which one would suit my son the best, to the buying process, which Ben was able to bring his experience into very good use. The buying experience with Ben was perfect as has been the after sales support. Thoroughly recommended.

Phoned to enquire about a vehicle and get some figures. Spoke to Will who was trying a hard sell for me to buy a car and do a deal before I had seen the car. Explained to him that I'm not the kind of hard sell person so he refused to give the figures I needed to see if it was affordable. Really disappointed in their sales approach.
