The review is not the store more the cafe. It is so disorganised. There is an island with cakes on in the middle. There is also an island with two tillsand the hot drinks. The problem is there is no clear sign to say order drinks from the actual till which is on one side of the island or from the person making the drinks. By the time you have moved from one side to the other to try and determine what to do there is then a queue and you have lost your place. It would be much better to have a straight line as in most other branches I have visited. Get your tray, order your drink and any hot food then move down to pay. Customers were getting impatient and rightly so.

Visited Monday 12th June 2017. Check out staff very friendly and polite, although there was no staff to be seen in the clothing department to ask any questions. After making our purchases my friend and I decided to go to the restaurant for drinks. The service was very very slow and in the middle of making my drink which was to be topped up with cream, the assistant ran out twice. She had to go off somewhere and get more tins of cream, by the time I got my drink, the cream was flat and the drink only warm. My friends coffee barely tasted of coffee. The drinks were thin and watery and I shall not be revisiting the restaurant. The 2 stars are for the politeness of the check out staff.

Hi, I found the young lady who served me very helpful and pleasant and would have no hesitation in shopping at M & S in the future. I find the products are of superior quality.
