I had the pleasure of being looked after by Libby for a bra fit, what a lovely lady! Professional, kind and a great sense of humour. Libby was also patient and bought a selection of bras for me to try. You can see that she’s passionate in her role to help ladies who come for the bra fitting service at M&S. The world needs more Libby’s and definitely in retail! I strongly recommend.
Wot can l say?! It's M&S plain and simple. Large store and lots of lovely things to look at and purchase. I saw more than a few items of clothing but didn't want to get carried away. The brolly selection was amazing and l couldn't choose between the compact auto or the large auto. The quality was superb and l have pay another visit. I would wholeheartedly recommend this branch. Can't wait to go again.
Nice cafe within Marks & Spencer. The tables were clean & a member of staff sweeping up around the tables. Food was of a high standard, although not cheap. The drinks were certainly expensive for the size of cups. There are convience drink & food fridges for food on the go & food to order.
I had brought a dress from another retailer that was quite low cut and I needed something to go under it, I went to lingerie dept and took a few items into fitting room to try but they weren't what I was looking for I was asking the assistants what they thought and one lady Ruth went round the lingerie dept and came back with two beautiful cami tops the one waa just what I was looking for and I purchased it, without Ruth's brilliant customer service I would have been a frustrated customer spending more time walking around Merry Hill with time I hadn't got, the customer service I received from Ruth from start to finish was just amazing so thank you Ruth.
Had an appointment for bra refit measured bigger size but young girl kept getting the 3 sizes to small and not the size she measured.Completely waisted my time and very disappointed so I went to another retailer who measured me correct size and found what I wanted.M&S your young staff need more training in this department of Brierley hill Merryhill
