Medium sized, traditional high street M&S with a reasonable range of goods. Not much homeware though. Most of the menswear is in a little alcove which is easily missed. Usually fairly busy. Good food hall, although some self service tills to avoid having to queue would be a good addition.

We only got for the food Hall.  Nice food excellent quality and decent prices!! Very fresh produce from salads, cooked meats, fish & chickens to ready meals and fresh baked bread!

Great shop. I shop there every saturday morning for a full weeks food shop. I live on my own and the ready meals are the answer. I have some 75,000 points on my sparks card.
There are only two slight issues... some of the dates on the ready meals... ??  and one of the assistants. If she is not on on a saturday... it just is not the same experience... all the staff are helpful and make you feel special but a girl called 'Carrie' goes out of her way to make sure I always buy more than I came for!!!  She is absolutely brilliant in helping me... Best shop for food.

My wife wanted to order a pair of jeans that were not in store.
The process was easy and quick + the jeans arrived the next day.
The downside for myself is I think the men's clothing is expensive and limited. There is never enough items in the sale compared to the women's section
