Worst customer service I've been shopping clarks and I buy in a year 4 paid of shoes and the last two visits I bought a pair of shoes and after two weeks shoes took water in because I didn't have the recipi and the staff new I went there and the didn't refund and last vitit I bought shoes I wanted to change the shoes and they said I passed the 28 days limit and they said to go back to Durham branch.I wanted to buy new shoes instead but they wouldn't allow me. And they managers response wan apsolytely discrasful abd they said if you have any problem ring head office and she ignored me.my first review I did on a shop I will not go back to darlington branch
