Great service lovely staff But I have to mention the interest is a killer you pay way over odds but you don't have to find the full am out so I guess it has its place in.the market Delivery which I will mention is not the stores fault but it's all day appointments so you have to wait in all.day and I have had it when it hasn't come.and they said driver run out of time.so took it back to depo again not shops fault would love to give higher stars but for reasons above I have to stay honest if you need something for your home and you don't have cash it's a handy alternative but just be prepared to pay 2 to 3 times rrp
shocking company my disabled friend who I am a carer for ordered a new bed and was told it would be delivered to day so she got rid of her old bed ready for the new one been delivered after waiting in all morning her bed never arrived so she called the store to be told her delivery had been cancelled with out her been notified she explained that she could go with out a bed as her childrens beds arnt due to be delivered while next week so there were going to sleep in her new bed with her so with out the canceled bed neither her or her children have any were to sleep the store shockingly told her nothing could be done and she they would have to do without a bed untill the 6th of march. she contacted the complaints department to be told her complaint won't be looked at untill 3 days this company is discusting they could of at least gave her a temporary bed seem as it's there fault she doesn't have one. I was going to order from them my self but I won't be touching this rip off company I'd sooner save up for my stuff than pay to a company that rips vulnerable disabled single parents off
Rent to own company. Very expensive with high charges. Would not recommend using.
