The service from Bexhill Computer Repairs was superb. They were very quick and incredibly helpful. Highly recommended.

I've been a (happy) customer three times. They did everything they said they would, e.g. give an estimate for repair, within the time they said they would, discuss options with you without baffling tech jargon, I guess adjusting it to the customer the boss talks to. Also reasonable pricing. Finally, in my experience very professional and friendly.

The chap in the shop is polite. So that's the one star explained, the four missing stars are due to the service. We handed in our laptop as it had stopped working at all, after two weeks and three text messages saying that it would cost £80 then can you call us and then it will cost £170 to fix ! No mention of what was wrong and no answer when we did call them. At this point I had lost faith and went to the shop, apparently the hard drive was frazzled. This would result in loosing all photos and stored info. I then asked A Star Computing to have a look! The next day our laptop was back and fixed, a minor software fix and advice to clear space on the storage. This cost £35 !!! I recommend any one reading this contacts Graham at A Star Computing.
