Cannot thank the team at Mark's and Mann enough for helping us sell our home. Joe Parker was our first port of call and was amazing in getting us in contact with the appropriate team, making us feel a valued customer and booking in our valuation with the branch manager (Paul). The team worked hard to sell our home and even when our first buyers pulled out two days after Christmas they worked tirelessly to find us a new buyer as quickly as possible. The team were always available via email or the phone and chased up everything as quickly as possibly along the way. Today we exchanged ready for completion next week and the contact from the progression team and a personal congratulation from Mark and Joe was the icing on the cake. Thank you very much everyone who worked hard for us and didn't once get frustrated with my many emails and constant pushing. Highly recommended xxx

Star service from start to finish. Asked for a free valuation and was quite surprised at how much my property was worth. The gentlemen who came round was certain I could achieve this price and assured me it would sell quickly so i thought why not and gave it a go. Sold within the first day and now i have moved into my dream home. Thanks Marks and Mann for a very easy and smooth transaction.

I dont usually write reviews, but i thought on this occasion Marks and Mann are well deserving of one! also after reading some of the reviews i am shocked at some of the comments. I can only speak from our own sale and experience. We achieved a higher price than we anticipated in october of this year which was wonderful. So we would like to thank all of the staff members who worked on the sale of our house, particularly Sharon who made our process stress free for my wife and me. We really appreciate the hard work and relaxed manner Sharon and the Marks and Mann team delivered.

Really not happy with the sale of my house. 

The advert was incorrect and as a result we had no viewings for the first 2 weeks. The after sale was no better. We had to constantly chase for any kind of update, sometimes weeks without a word from them. Of the updates we did get, information was often inaccurate. At one point, where we had news of a potential chain collapse Marks and Mann failed to let us know for a full 2 weeks that there was an issue. In the final stages of the completion most of the leg work was done by us as we knew Marks and Mann wasn't giving the situation any kind of priority. Ironically, at one point another agent representing a different party in our chain gave us more information than Marks and Mann did.
We finally complained when the invoice came through and the reply was quite simply "pay up or we'll charge you extra and legal action".

Really would suggest using a different agent. Yes Marks and Mann appear cheaper in Ipswich, however as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

We used Marks & Mann recently to sell our house.
Very happy with the service we received from start to finish, especially as our buyer played hard ball when it came to signing the paperwork! These guys got everything sorted very quickly and made our sale pretty painless.
Highly recommended regarding our experience.
