Don't really understand the negative reviews here. Of all Estate Agents I have dealt with Ascot have been the most communicative and proactive.

Ignorent cowboys. 
They sell the property to who they like. So as a buyer if they don't like you you are out!!! If you are owner you loose your chance to get more money for your property because they will sell it who they like and will ignore everyone else
I wanted to see the property first they it was on market. Wanted to have a Viewing. They kept telling me lots of stories for 4-5 weeks. Have money want to buy property and ready to pay whatever. After 5 weeks the property sold. Why ignored me? Most property i was going to offer more then asking price. Not even 1 call from this guys. 
I would not advice anyone in Ipswich to use these guys who probably to deals under the table. So buyer seller everyone loose but them and buyer they like ?!

Don't waste your time. They didn't show on the first viewing I arranged with them, I foolishly then arranged a second a few days later, guess what, they didn't show up again. Unbelievable that they actually HAVE a business at all.
