I love their bakery, good selection and variety. The foodhall has so much to choose from and the quality is definitely on the higher end, which comes with the price too.
Amazing service today getting my daughter measured for her first bra. I wish I’d have caught her name, but she made my daughter feel totally at ease and explained everything that she was going to do. So helpful; really took her time to look after Darcey and advised me on how often to come back for repeat fitting to ensure she’s wearing the correct size. I’d also like to point out that whilst serving us and collecting bras for my daughter to try, another customer told her that she was rude for not taking her personally to find underwear that was on a mannequin. She did explain to this customer that she was actually in the middle of a bra fitting but advised her which section said underwear was in and looked visibly quite upset at being called rude. This lady is in no way rude, she’s an asset to the store and I made sure to tell her this before we left. Amazing service, thank you. We will be back
Always a pleasure to shop here and the food hall is exceptional. First time in the cafe though and it's huge, quiet as well in the morning. Perfect.
Amazing customer service, Love how they are very focussed on quality products and services to others, only met one male staff who wasn’t too friendly, but in the Cafe, they are pleasant, in the women’s department that are so good, in the food section & home section, amazing products and service. They deserve 6 stars been a loyal customer for a long time!!!! Plus the fruits are the best fresh & healthy.
Never even bothered to contact me regarding the outcome of my interview which I had to take the time out of my day and money out of my pocket to attend. Left me waiting for about 20 minutes for the interview to start too, so obviously run by highly unprofessional management. Definitely not a good look for the company. Simply Food? More like Simply Rude.
Best men's clothes store in the Land.. always has a range of choices and sizes at reasonable prices.. the cafe isn't bad either
In the final stages of a major redevelopment which will transform the look of the store. Feels different and more appropriate to the demands of shoppers in a city centre location. The Food hall should look awesome when finished and the cafe was smart and relaxing space.
The store was a kinda busy and it was only Mohib on the floor.. But I must say regardless of the busy he was ready to help all of the customers with a nice smile.. Staff like him is makes thr shopping really awesome... Thank you Mohib
Outstanding service from Jervis in menswear / suits - knowledgeable and extremely helpful in finding the right fit, spent a good amount of time explaining and showing me the different options, didn't feel rushed or pressured at all, just honest, top class customer service!
Stayed in Manchester for few days so went to the store twice, served by an old lady with purple hair- unapologetically rude. But on second occasion, it was a very positive experience at fitting service, the young lady was very polite and professional. Old staff is obnoxious.
