Aldi is one of the busy and crowded supermarkets where you can get most of the groceries. Aldi offers a wide range of items, and ingredients are fresh and reasonably priced. I love their protein snacks and salmon as it's affordable and fresh. Hygiene wise can be improved, like the floors are pretty dirty and some sections look messy. They had many self-checkout kiosks which makes it easy and fuss free for introverts like me
I bought nice cheese but was very dissapointed as it was so out of date, staff need to be checking dates on these kind of products could make someone very ill, as this was a soft cheese and dated use by 22nd May but i bought on 2nd June, will be more careful with my purchases in future, normaly love this store, and customer servises did not seem to take my concern seriously either. So went in store manager was lovely compared to customer servise and had the money refunded and she checked on shelf to see if anything else was out of date.

Worst Aldi ever and my first experience of racism inside a supermarket. This incident took place Thursday 25/07/2024 at 2.00pm. After I paid for my food, I was leaving the store. The security guard singled me out and asked me to provide proof of purchase. He said he had reason to believe I took product without paying. I explained I tapped out to pay and there was no physical receipt but he did not take my word for it. He demanded I physically point out to him, which cashier served me. To avoid conflict, I showed him the cashier and then he went over to confirm it with her. Horrible, horrible experience.
A wide range of choices of fruit. A rather rush supermarket for people to buy their groceries, not a chill hygienic place to shop. Also what a pity they got no membership card. Would recommend a chocolate mousse as dessert for gym enthusiasts, there’s proteins!!!
