"Buy fresh Lancashire produce, enjoy a spot of lunch, and sip craft gin at the Market Hall and Box Market in #Preston city centre, before finding a bargain on the outdoor markets.Opening times may vary depending upon traders."
Such a great little market with lots of variety and good quality produce. Has the wonderful Wallace and Grommit statues by the entrance for another bonus to this bustling market.
Fantastic market serving fresh local produce. The outside market has a wide variety of stalls including The Book Stops here, which is a well established book stall catering for all your needs, A gift & perfume stall which has a wide range of quality products, great for gift ideas. Theres also a toy/handmade coaster, wax melt, card stall and so much more. All friendly traders and service with a smile. :
Great market with a good variety of stalls. The fish and meat counters have exceptional quality produce at great prices. Nice friendly atmosphere too well worth a visit.
Massive shout out for the watch repair stall located on a stall outside at Preston market. Repaired my husbands watch strap in 5 mins today, when we had been told by several other repair shops that it couldn’t be done! Great service, great guy, great prices. Get to Preston Market watch repairs, you won’t be disappointed. Many thanks Mr watch man, can’t thank you enough !!!
Preston Market is filled with a variety of stalls, fruit and Veg to Fish and meats as well as cafés. It's clean and friendly staff there who love to chat.
What a load of rubbish. There nothing in there, apart from liveseys butchers an Dolly's Cafe. The rest omg. Why get rid of such a good market, we will always wonder. An him on the fishstall miserable, unhelp.ful.
Small bar + outside seating. Good choice of craft beers. 2 real ales on both Good .service good.
Nothing like as good as when I was a child when there were loads of stalls selling Almost everything one needed, Wed and Sat Space used for many other activities eh the fairground, the Pot Fair, later car boot sakes, parking etc. Pity the centre of Preston has been altered so much.
Lovely little market with incredibly high quality produce and amazing small business owners. Bit pricier than other places but 100% worth the fresh ingredients
Amazing produce and lovely people. If only it was bigger. Great veg and meat from companies I've known for 40 years, it's a bit of joy in an otherwise awful city centre.
