ANPR to register car number plate on arrival and exit. Then idea is fine, but like all modern systems when it goes wrong it's a nightmare! Which it did. Two machines weren't working, so unable to pay  a very long walk to another machine and back again to the car and being disabled wasn't good. I was also worried if by the time I got back to my vehicle that the barrier would lift and let me out! Thankfully it did, now I'm concerned whether I'll get a ticket for not exiting within the time frame!!!!! An awful experience

Just drove through to drop my partner off. Didn't realise that those 2 minutes would cost me £1.50. Surely it would be reasonable to provide 5 of 10 minutes grace before imposing a charge.

Relatively cheap for city centre, ticket less entry.

Great size car park and disabled badges are at front which makes it easier

Normally plenty of space but can suffer from faulty entry barriers. Take ticket on entry and pay at booths on return.  Change is given. Cameras used to read plates and automatically allow exit after payment. Very slick.
