I visited the shop to enquire if they could increase the size of a much loved & extremely sentimental silver ring 40 yrs old that sadly did not fit me. The staff were extremely attentive and reassured me that the original pattern would remain. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to visit. Update will be given once I have collected the ring.......
Excellent service, visited when watch battery needed replacing. New battery fitted within 5 minutes.
I am absolutely delighted with the repair to my ring. The repair was tricky due to the engraving on the ring but it looks perfect now. I was also really pleased that the staff happily looked at several items of jewellery for me and told me whether they were worth anything. There was no snobbiness that you encounter in some jeweller’s - the ladies who served me were lovely. I will certainly return next time I need any jewellery or any repairs.
5 stars. The best jewellery store in skipton I cannot fault there stock range and the tidiness of the shop is impeccable. The staff are all very welcoming and not intimidating at all which stood out above other jewellery stores in the small market town. They offered to help me find the perfect Christmas present which I indeed found!! Defiantly one of the best shopping experiences I have had and will defiantly return to the store again! I have my eye on a pair of gorgeous diamond earrings! Highly recommend
Absolutely horrendous customer service. Stood there for over 5 minutes, with 3 available assistants, and not even one took the time out to see if I needed any help something you'd expect as a jewellers when it was obvious I did. They just talked amongst themselves, asking what the time was. Take your custom elsewhere if you'd like a more personal touch where the staff actually care. H. Samuel is a better example of what a jewellers should be like when it comes to their staff.
I don’t usually leave a review but I couldn’t help myself this time . . . What a fabulous shop and team! I’m definitely the pessimist before entering a jewellers, I usually feel very uneasy and I quite often avoid them there’s only so many times a girl wants to be snarled at by pretentious sales assistants I went in unhopeful and a little unsure of what I wanted the perfect customer - NOT! I was greeted with a smile, pleasant conversation and couldn’t have been given more help!! There was a lovely atmosphere, great choice and the sales assistants offered me lots of advice. I’m pretty sure thanks to them I have the perfect gift! I will definitely be back. Thank you

beautiful selection of jewlery and watches. bought 2 pairs of wrongs for my wedding. both lively and just what I wanted. nice friendly staff as well.
