Just had my MTB gears changed from 3x9 to 1 x11. Mark is a top bloke and did job in 2 hours for very good price all working perfectly. You would be mad to go and spend a fortune with Evans or Cycles UK.

Very friendly and professional service. 
Ive used him twice now in the last 3years and never had a problem with him.
HE is very polite and honest. 
His charges are reasonable and he will advice you accordingly.

Asked for a Service including cleaning, oiling, chainset replacement and general check. Mark accepted job and quoted me £35 pounds for the above, received a phone call around 1 hour later saying that it was ready for collection, asked him if he completed what I asked him for, of which he replied yes, but stated that he doesn't do a full clean as he doesn't run a cleaning service ?? 
 Received bicycle back with the chainset replaced but cups damaged in the process, front derailleur needing adjustment, nothing cleaned and nothing oiled, basically Mark replaced a chainset with the wrong tool and did nothing else.  If I knew he was going to just replace the chainset for £35 I would have went elsewhere.  Landed up spending my day cleaning, readjusting and oiling my bike... I will never trust Mark again...
