Just got this car from them and couldn't be happier. Car had MOT next month but they got it sorted before picking it. Really low mileage for a great price. Clean inside and out. They have so many cars it gets almost impossible to choose. Darrell was great, couldn't recommend them enough!
I bought a car from this firm having looked throughout NI. The deal was good and Darrell was simply fantastic. Unfortunately after a few days the car developed a fault. No blame to the dealer it was not a new car... these things happen. However without hesitation they arranged for the car to be fixed immediately. Seamless process. The mechanic was fantastic explaining the issue and fixing it within 20 minutes. Superb after sales service. Thank you.

I bought seat ibiza. Car wasnt perfect but it was driving very nice. I asked when timing chain was done and I was told that it was done couple days ago by MR. And that was the reason I decided to take it. On the day that car supposed to be ready, they rang me and said that car failed MOT due to faulty brake in rear wheel. I was so annoyed that I was ready to just leave it. I paid in £200 deposit on that car but at that point I didnt care about the fact that I lose that money. And to be honest it wouldn't be so bad compare to the money that I already spent on that car. Unfortunately we decided to take a car. I asked for picture of certificate of refusal and said that if it was only breaks I will take car as soon it has MOT. After couple of days car was finally ready for collection. We went there evening time in bad wheather. ibiza looked very nice and clean at least outside... weather was getting worst and I didnt want my son to drive in snow so we get paperwork done very quick. We were advised that car comes with 3 months warranty and we can go to any mechanic as long he's vat registered. anyway we taxed and insured car and went back home. I was in my car my son was driving behind in ibiza. Next morning we wanted to take car for spin. Unfortunately first place we went was valet centre as car was very dirty inside. I though it was below any standarts and felt insulted by the state of car. My son after couple weeks came to me saying that there squeky noise coming from engine. I said its propably fan belt as it happens when temperature drops. Last friday I've noticed massive stain on the pavement where ibiza was usually parked. I've booked in with mechanic for wednesday this week and asked him to change fan belt as well.after while he rang me saying that he cant change belt because tensioner is damaged. tensioner wasnt in line with the rest of rollers and if was working in this position for a while it could have done a lot of damage. he said he might not be able to put new tensioner in and it might turn to really costly job. He said that he ordered new one that propably be there on next day and then he will start to dig in and see whats the craic there. Also he found oil leak from timing chain compartment. He said its possible that both problems are cause of timing chain change was a very poor job. I texted MR to let them know that there might serious issue with the car. They texted me back saying that timing chain was done long time before they brought car to stock and my waranty is void because I went to different mechanic and I should come to MR. At that moment there was no job done on car as my guy was waiting for parts. It was all in my text with pic showing that he just opened the bonnet! And even if there was, he's vat registered mechanic!!! I was left with possibly a massive problem. MR just washed their hands. Anyway I told my guy to go ahead and get that sorted. thank god there was no damage done and I ended up with bill for £130 and thats fan belt, fan belt tensioner and fuel breather valve that was faulty and responsible for fuel leak and big stains on pavements. He couldnt stop oil leak. He said to stop that leak he will have get to timing chain and its a pretty big job and not worth it if I dont want to change timing chain at the same time which I propably will because god knows when it was changed if ever. ive checked service book and there is only some sticker with no signature, stamp and date impossible to read. My guy have done inspection on car and said that front shock absorbers needs to be done now as this car is dangerous to drive-£200, theres hole in exhaust- £150. someone tried to weld it but again - very poor effort. So, after 2 months and just over 700 miles done car alredy cost me £480. Fact that they just washed their hands just indicates very poor standarts. If U decide to buy your car there make sure U get everything in writing! DO NOT take word for anything! if they tell U that something was done, say U want that in writing with date, signature and stamp.
I was buying my first car and I'm glad I went to these guys. Really friendly and helpful and helped me find just what I was looking for. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Just wanted to leave review for Mark Ross motors cause I was nervous buying my son his first car and they made the experience first class from keeping me updated to sorting any queries I had and ensuring we got car collected for Christmas Day. Great selection of cars at very reasonable prices, they provide a top class service and I will definitely buy there again in the future if I'm looking for a good second hand motor.
