We  asked Mark Bolitho to undertake a major project to convert a small run down bungalow we had bought into  a stunning 4/5 bed home making the most of the sea views that were available.Working from very basic drawings Mark was able to suggest ways we could maximise our space and at the same time save considerable amounts of money during the build.We had no hesitation in placing our trust in him,not only over the build but also when it came to the finance involved.Mark and his employees listened to any concerns we had and altered things around to suit our ,sometimes demanding,requirements.
We are very pleased with the result! Many thanks Mark ,Toby,Ryan and all the other tradesmen involved.

We have used Mark and his team now for multiple projects at home personally and through our business needs. The work is personal and professional and completed to an exceptional standard. The best bit of all is that they listen to me and my requirements and are fully approachable .Quality cornish company to deal with

Me and my partner have used Mark Bolitho and his team a few times now for various different jobs . From big to small they were happy to attend to our needs and to get the most out of our budget . We was  always ,as we feel given honest advice .Super friendly bunch of guys very respectfull of our property also courteous and conscientious to ourselves and neighbours .Mark Bolitho Construction always returned prompt with a very competitive quote . keep up the good work guys good builders are hard to find .
