This company seem to have a virtual monopoly of the construction work for SW water. This is a shame as Kier seem to have little regard for the customers of SW Water. They fail to turn up when they say they will, fail to return telephone calls when they say they will and dismiss enquiries in general relating to the work of customers of SW Water.
