All i can say is amazing... I visited this shop today 14/9/24 to look for my mother of the groom outfit. I was served by two lovely ladies. The lady with the very short hair and glasses sorry I forgot your name was absolutely fantastic. What a great service I was treat like a queen. Nothing was too much trouble. I was given the time to try on all the dresses that I had picked out and I was able to retry again until I was 100% sure. I bought my dress the shoes the hat and the bag.. Everything was packaged lovely. I would recommend anyone to go along to see these wonderful ladies, they will definitely get you sorted. Paula Peacock x

Got my mother of the groom outfit in January and had our special day last weekend. After a disapointing earlier appointment elsewhere on the day of my appointment I was blown away by the window display before even entering the shop. The whole experience was fabulous. Ladies are amazing! they really know their job, ask the right questions and can then pull out exactly what you're looking for. Once you have the outfit, out come the hat, shoes and bag, you get the whole picture without any pressure to buy. I hadn't had this at my earlier retailer. I felt wonderful and my mother and daughter agreed. Came away buzzing and couldn't wait for big day. Lots of brilliant comments from friends and family at the wedding, as well as many who've now seen the photos. Highly recommend any future mother of a bride or groom go to Marriannes.
Really disappointed with the level of customer service. Felt judged since the minute we stepped through the door. Nasty comments made by the staff such as ‘that’s as good as you’re going to get’. Left really upset and disheartened. Simply made what is supposed to be an exciting time, a horrible one. Tried to colour match accessories with another dress and told they wouldn’t open or waste a changing room on that, even though we were the only ones in the store. Felt they did not cater to the younger audience and need to be more contemporary.
What a great bunch of people. I had to call a designer in Italy to find a dress and I was advised that Marieanne”s had purchased it in this seasons collection. I called them from Spain as I was on holiday. They couldn’t have done anymore to help me. Professional and lovely people. Thank you for all ur help. I have now received my dress and it’s just stunning. 10/10 review.
My sister, Mam and I went here yesterday to get my mams mother of the bride outfit for my wedding. We immediately felt so warmly welcomed by the team. Everyone was so friendly and professional. It was an absolute pleasure being in their company and I wasn’t even the one trying the dresses on! Audrey was amazing with my mum, incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We’ll always remember our experience here and the service provided - thank you all so much!
I have just been back up to Mariannes and they have changed my dress to a size 16 as i have lost soo much weight since my surgery and i was getting really stressed..they were absolutely about it and gave me cuddles..i. soooo thankful...thank god..im happier now. I highly recommend this store and their staff...very, very, very helpful and caring xx
I went in today shopping for mother of the bride and Audrey was my lady who helped me. Instantly she knew my style and fit, we chatted like old friends. She made the whole process absolutely amazing and when you know you know and secured my dress, hat, shoes and bag ! This shop is just a wonderful experience and I couldn’t recommend it enough. Absolutely brilliant!!!!
Called in at Marianne's for an outfit for my sons upcoming wedding. The selection of Mum of Bride/Groom outfits was enormous with styles to suit everyone along with hatinators, shoes and bags to match. The ladies were very friendly and helpful, suggesting trying a large number of dresses, all gorgeous, I bought a fab dress at a very reasonable price. The whole experience was relaxed, fun and totally enjoyable. So glad I called on spec. Thanks ladies
My sister and I visited the shop yesterday and can honestly say we had a fantastic experience the ladies were so helpful and certainly knew their stuff I didn’t go to but a dress as it was my sister who is mother of the groom but I came away with a beautiful dress and at a fantastic price I would highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for wedding attire Margy
