Excellent service from start to finish. Our transaction was buying a house up for sale with Addisons, and selling our own with them. Helen and Dawn worked tirelessly to find us a buyer, and when the Solicitors and Surveyors seemed to slow down the process, spent hours (above and beyond the call of duty in our opinion) on the phone for us keeping the sale moving (rescued the sale!). Professional from the moment we first spoke to them, yet friendly and approachable and happy to assist at any time of the day and out of hours. Highly recommended!!

I've moved a few times and had varied service in the past, but found Addisons in another league altogether! Attentive from the outset, they showed that they really do care about their customers, with nothing being too much trouble. (Always surprised when I had calls returned after hours). Totally professional in the advice they gave, which avoided me rushing into accepting the first offer that came along, and instead helped me get a better buyer. I can't recommend Helen and Dawn highly enough!
