The staff individually are personable. However, the problem appears to be in house, what should have been a quick, easy sale became a long, stressful situation. Communication between staff within departments takes far too long and was identified as a problem by staff themselves. I would not use this service again.
Needed simple paperwork doing which they lost which led to a long massive inconvenience and their attitude towards it was a simple couldn't care less.AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Happy friendly staff knows what they are talking about and ways to resolve issues. I do agree that emails don't get replied to but I suppose they are extremely busy. Would definitely recommend this solicitor firm.
Marchant Harries is now part of GGP Law and they are the ones I have been dealing with. I am very satisfied and have no complaints.
Good solicitors, efficient and always kept up to date....used twice now.
Too slow in response..3 weeks to answer email. Never phoned back. Too many mistakes in legal documents which were repeated even after they were pointed out. Not good enough!
