First of all - everyone I have spoke to or dealt with was very polite and professional and my claim was dealt with very quickly. That said, rest assured - your bike WILL be written off, there will be no attempt at fixing it no matter how small the damage is. If your bike has any sentimental value to you - be prepared to move on and to see it on eBay very shortly. Also, when  expressed interest in buying it back, I was very much discouraged from doing so.

I was engaged with 4th Dimension through Hastings after an attempted robbery of my bike.nI can see a fair few negative reviews on here and I admit I was worried initially however I can say that I had the best experience.nCollection driver was friendly. Once my bike arrived at their site I was kept informed every step of the way, involved in the estimate conversations, confirmed if specific parts were acceptable to replace, kept to within a timeframe to have returned prior to my planned bike trip.nUpon receiving the bike, the quality of work was excellent, it looks brand new again.nCan't thank them enough.

An absolute disappointment and displeasure.nI didn’t have anything done by them but I went in for an interview. The interview went great and I was told I’d hear something by the end of the week. Came to the end of the week I heard absolutely nothing. I sent an email and Nick Alexander who interviewed me did not reply. I gave him a ring because he sent me his number in an email saying if I had any questions to contact him. He picked up the phone and once he realised it was me he ended the call on my face with no explanations what so ever. I tried to call back again and it went straight to voicemail.nHonestly I am appalled. This kind of behaviour is extremely unprofessional. It’s not that hard to send an email saying ‘sorry but we have decided to go a different way’nDisgusting and completely unprofessional behaviour. If they treat people who they might employ like this I can’t even imagine how they must treat customers.

My accident insurance experience with them was good. The bike was declared a category b write-off within 24hrs of them getting it which surprised me. Apparently a crease in the frame where the footpeg broke they bolt on on this model was the decision maker. So I didn't get to experience their repair service. Calls where answered fine, They were knowledgeable, friendly and explained each step that was going to happen and when. Time scales were kept to. Texts and emails kept me up to date and the 'settlement' payout processed from them to the insurer done in good time. Just a low payout due to mileage, so had to stump up a fair wedge to buy a like for like replacement sadly.

Avoid this company! After 3rd party hit and run didn't claim fault were on week 3 now of getting hire bike picked up and our bike returned! No body calls back, communication between companies are shockingly bad. Even after the insurance have closed the claim 4 weeks agowere still fighting to get the bike returned, awful companystaff are polite but nothing gets done. Insurance been paid for a month and don't even have our bike, hire bike MOT ran out after a few weeks of having it and we got asked to take it for mot and they will pay. That's not our problem to sort out, really bad experience if they arnt getting any money out of you
