4th Dimension painted my bike – the quality was absolutely outstanding. The people I spoke to were hugely professional, skilled, and all bikers! Luckily this wasn't an accident repair, but if I did have to get my bike fixed, I'd totally trust them to handle it. Impressed as well that all their work is guaranteed – if you're not happy, they'll do it again. I was VERY happy!

Very poor service. My bike was damaged in an accident a few years ago, it never occurred to me to review them until now. They had my bike for about 3 months, didn't repair half of the issues and put my engine back together with gasket gunk instead of buying the proper gasket set from triumph. My bike blew up a year later from, you guessed it, gasket gunk blocking the oil feed to the middle big end. It has taken me until now to save up to get the bike fixed, and upon inspection, the engineer is finding gasket gunk everywhere. It's in the oil pipes, in the crank cases and clogging up the water pump. Cowboys. Avoid like the plague, Remember that you can choose your own repairer, your insurance company cannot dictate to you where you bike goes. Use someone you trust.

Excellent quality of work and service. The 3rd party insurance company selected 4th Dimension and I found them to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They sorted me a courtesy bike and delivered / collected at a time suitable to my circumstances (very early in the morning). The work was superb, my bike is like new - and a really good valet to boot! The only minor criticism was the time it took to complete the job, but this was not their fault as there were delays in getting a couple of parts so I am not marking them down for that. excellent all round from start to finish. Thanks!

Absolutely awesome service. Handled the 3rd party insurer, all the repairs and bike looks better/cleaner than when I picked it up from the Suzuki dealer. Courteous staff, professional outfit and perfect service. Very grateful for your assistance.

These guys are absolutely top notch. From start to finish. Had a bad accident took away the stress. Even helped me find a new bike and got me a brilliant deal. They even bought it to me, and somehow there was a little scuff on it. I’m a bit OCD about things like that, they sorted it no questions asked. And while they had the bike they fitted a tracker and an alarm brilliantly. Simon was the man who looked after me and they were all completely brilliant.
