Walked into the store a friendly gentleman asks me what I need. I tell him, he knows exactly where I need to go and directs me there and talks to someone on the radio to help me when I'm there. In less than 2 minutes I was in and out of the shop hassle free.  Absolutely fantastic!

Plenty of staff who are friendly and helpful, well stocked store of course things can be a slight bit more expensive than found online bit of course you can see the items and pick up there and then. Large store easy to get around brightly lit and the items well labelled.

For someone who has worked in Kingston Maplin for a short period of time iv left the store on a positive note as im very happy for the way the staff had trained, behaved and helped me out during my time at Kingston Maplin this includes when I would make mistakes I would be approached and taught in a very polite, patient and calm manner which i appreciated. The store manager has done a great job on recruiting the people he has as his employees are full of knowledge and most of all a lovely bunch to work around. I must say there customer service is spot on!
