If I could, I would give them 0 stars. Went in last week Saturday and staff were appalling. The manager was bullying people and having a go at them for little things in front of customers. So much for employee engagement. Someone made him the manager and now he thinks he can walk around and treat people the way he wants. Then when we went to check out, two staff members started having an argument about how much we really had to pay. So unprofessional. Awful experience. Get rid of that manager and hire new people

I bought waterproove phone case for £12.00 in Maplin. When I had to buy I askes customer service that is my phone fit in to the case and I had positive reply. When I got home and opened package I immediately understand my phone couldn 't feet and no any free space left for anything else. I had to go to Maplin back to return waterproove phone case. Customer service was very rude with me and when I tried to explain my situation. I wanted to have my money back. Customer service repeated million times that I can't return phone case , because packege damedged . I left waterprove case in a shop and said they can have it. It is better to buy any goods online at list we can return our products and don't need to deal with rude customer service

Tend to buy there batteries. Staff are helpful and they did help with a price match.
