Lousy staff, poor service and overpriced goods. I used to shop from here occasionally despite the high prices because now and again it can be more convenient, but not anymore. My last two big purchases had faults with them, the first time I went to return my item (VR headset holder) we had to look through every box to make sure the item wasn't damaged... Turned out they were all damaged due to poor storage and packaging, thankfully managed to find one item that was in good condition. Most recently I bought a headset that had to be returned due to poor quality when I used it on my playstation 4, audio was horrible when sending or receiving audio, I was unable to return it so I asked my partner to return it. Before she could even mention that it did not work or show the receipt she was told that they would not take it back and that there was nothing that could be done, they said they did not accept returns. My partner was able to show them the returns policy ON THEIR OWN website which states we had a right to return the item if it was faulty. Staff member reluctantly took it back and "checked it" behind closed doors and said it worked after using it on his phone briefly (did not even ask what was wrong or even said if he checked the microphone) My partner insisted it was not working and that audio was not picking up or playing properly through it when I used it, to which the staff member responded "What do you expect? You get what you pay for" I will never shop there again and considering how poor their service and prices are I am not surprised they are doing badly financially. Avoid at all costs.

I am not extremely familiar with the gaming world but I quite enjoy my visit to this shop. I found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. I also found them very knowledgeable and they were able to help me with my purchases. The shop is very tidy and everything is arrange in such a way that it is easy to shop. The location if the shop is very convinient and I love the parking facility that the wood Green shoping city is offering. The prices are reasonable.

A few nice employees other than that there is no one to give you advice like Cex, the manager is horrible and racist. I bought a few games and one didn't work I bought it back (unfortunately the racist manager was serving me) he said that once the game is opened it is directly second hand, well sir you have common sense obviously when we buy a game we have to open and check that its working, so when the seal is opened over 10£ of the money I paid for the game is deducted? I'm surprised this place isn't closed yet, I was about to call the police when I was there. Pathetic. Pathetic and Pathetic. Be ashamed of yourself. Never visit this awful place people, they steal your money, go to the Game store in Edgware if you want amazing customer service and help. Or overall just go to Cex their games always works because they test it and it is really cheap I always buy their, even my ps4 is from there! At least we can negotiate sometimes in Cex when you buy a bundle, unlike GAME, well that's enough from me, three word for the wood green GAME: pathetic awful racists.

Game my son wanted was sold out so he was told to get another staff were not really attentive though as my son is only 10 years old and i feel that they could have assisted him a little more

Very Bad Service I Bought Black ops 3 Second Hand From Them About 2 Weeks Ago, Buț Take in mind their policy Said "Good Condițion Games Only". Though The Game Case Was CompletelyShattered And Disc Hâd Scratches, so we told them that if the game didn't work we'd return it and they said sure no problem, after two weeks I came back to give the game and we didn't have the recipt as we only wanted exchange. Immediatley they said we need a recipt otherwise they can't do anything, they are a complete waste don't ever buy from them as they are liars and want to steal your money.
