Quick to take my deposit and then the silent treatment for weeks.... six requests for a call back and not one other then to ring my number for one ring then hang up over the space of ten days.... they even sound patronising when they are apologising for not calling you back.... communication is a basic human skill

Stay away worst letting agent on this planet. if I could give no stars i would. was going use this agent to sell my property but after my experience with there letting department will be going to a proper agent to sell.

Worst kind of people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Blatant liars and scammers, it's like no one's honest anymore.

There ok to take your money but when you have a problem they do nothing had no oven for 4 weeks after ringing daily told me someone was coming out they never did! Had to get it fixed myself. Called with a a problem again today at 10.39 was told manager will be calling me back. Obviously they never did sick of these agents there a disaster. Quick enough to ring me when they think I haven't paid the rent when I have ! Trading standards need to be called in. There an absolute joke. I'd highly recommend never letting or buying from these agents.

It is always a pleasure working with Mann Lettings in Ramsgate. Their service is always enthusiastic, thorough, efficient and professional. Their continued contact throughout the lettings process is extremely valuable allowing all involved to be kept assured and up to date at all times. Having used several agents within the area in the past I soon learned I only needed one. Therefore I would always recommend Mann Lettings in Ramsgate as a starting point, knowing you need not look any further.
