A work colleague recommended this place today, so I placed an order, my pizza was cold that the cheese had solidified, had to reheat it,but I didn'tenjoy it, my partner got a Haggis supper that wasn't very warm either,the chips were not fresh,they were reheats & taste terrible,they meals went in the bin. I'll be telling my colleague to keep his recommdations to himself.
best mozzarella sticks in the shire, would sacrifice anybody for these. i’d say those mozzarella sticks are the only good thing going for newmains

I have just had the pleasure of polishing off a small single special with mozzarella sticks, it was absolutely delicious. I went there as a child and still does not disappoint 30-40 years later. Well done owners and staff.
It was my first time ordering from Mancini’s last Monday. At 7pm, I paid through Just Eat and I ordered a chicken kebab and a single fish and peas for my friend. The order from Just Eat was cancelled per the Manager as the delivery driver’s car broke down. We phoned Mancini’s to find out what was happening with our order at 7.45pm I had not noticed the email on my phone. The Manager told us the delivery driver’s car is fixed. So we ordered again and at 8.08pm I phoned to ask where our order was at 9.15pm, I should have known this was going to end badly. At 9.30pm the driver turns up and the food was cold. The chicken kebab was a disgrace, the sauce was too hot and 3 pieces of lettuce does not really count for a salad. The fish was cold too and greasy. Very disappointed! We phoned the Manager and complained about the food and she assured us that it was piping hot. I can’t understand this, as she is in the shop and the driver is out delivering orders. She was very rude on the phone and I will NEVER order from here again. My friend and her family always order from Mancini’s, I always order from Toni’s it’s the best.
Fabulous food, great service, friendly staff
Highly recommend. Friendly staff, amazing food, efficient delivery. Whats not to love! Will definitely use again. This is not just your average takeaway, they also offer fabulous, friendly advice and a catering service for functions. Allowing them to take the strain of cooking while you relax!
They cancelled my order from just eat without reason, phoned asked why was told they didn't have enough drivers but he just told me 30 secs after they have 2 drivers on?? 2 drivers! Mist takeaways only have 1 driver, 2 should be enough
Ordered a just eat at 6.05 and was told I will receive at 7.10. After making a phone call at 7.30 I was told it was still in the kitchen and didn’t receive until 8.03. One of the pizzas I ordered all the toppings had slid off the pizza into the corner of the box. I called to complain and was told that the delivery driver will have to come and collect it and they will need to make a new one and charge the delivery driver the cost of the pizza. Sorry but after waiting 2 hours for the initial delivery I wasn’t waiting again. First time I have ordered from here and defo won’t order again. The pizzas look amazing on facebook look 10/10 but in my opinion it was a 3/10. If looking for a pizza in newmains go to Francos chippy.
My first time 2 weeks ago was a 5 star review I gave... BUT....tonight I was sooo disappointed,after waiting nearly 2 hours for my delivery aswell....I asked for chicken maryland,I got 3 slice of chicken in dressing...no banana fritters or pineapple....my salad consisted of loads of lettuce, 2 slice of tomato,and onion....no cucumber,corn,or pineapple... Hubby got fish n chips...batter on fish was soggy.......
