Located in the heart of Manchester, Manchipster Plaice is the perfect choice for freshly cooked traditional English Fish & Chips. Specialising in Cod, Haddock and of course Plaice - cooked fresh every time - we also offer top drawer regional specialities e.g. Rag Steak Pudding and Whitby Scampi.

We use only Maris Piper potatoes chipped on site and cooked in vegetable oil, have a full range of Holland's traditional Pies & Puddings and also offer Halal options in Chicken & Burgers!

Whether it's traditional take away Fish & Chips or something from our specials board or even our Event Catering Mobile service, Manchipster Plaice in Manchester city centre has something for every occasion.

Good portion size and realllyyyy yummy food! Staff are super friendly and helpful! It's a small shop but I'd definitely recommend going there.

This was my first negative experience of the place. Completely under done chips and a pallid sausage. Usually much better but think they may be under new management.
Lovely place. Excellent food. Definitely recommend it!!
Not very keen on this little shack.. They only take cash which is ridiculous this day and age. Had to go find a cash machine and came back. The girl serving was pleasant enough and the food average. Doubt I'd go back though.
Visited here randomly and I’ll be making it my regular chippy! Quality food, excellent service and a decent chinway See you soon, thankyou
