Very bad customer servicenYesterday the time was 8.45 pm i went to the store staff said do fast it’s closing. My husband was standing in the till line and I was standing in the side the lady shout come here. If you don’t want to work late then why you take night shift , continuously that lady was shouting That this is not fair cl the customer do fast. Its so annoying we were giving the money you are not giving us free then why such rude behaviour. It’s high time treat your staff how to treat with customer.
Meat Supplier ChangennThey used to supply HMC meat but have now changed their supplier without informing anyone. Their new supplier for chicken is Highbury poultry. If you visit their website you will only see non Muslim staff members. I have contacted them multiple times to clarify whether a Muslim slaughters the chicken by hand and whether the chicken is stunned or not. I have not, yet, received a response
