Very disappointed we was promised supportnon and off the train with my daughter that had specail needsnat 1st when turning up in manchester we got the support we deserved and offered but on the other trains the change overs and on the way back was another story left to defend on my own many people sat in my spaces the train was full the seats was booked for my family for space to make my daughter feel safe instead it stressed her out knowing she didnt get given the write support never again will i trust manchester piccledilly train station you well and truely proven you self to the public you should ashamed of your self seriously leaving my daughter that way was dusgracefull i wouldnt even rate it 1 star happy sciver lazy and shocking
I cannot be certain that the bathrooms are checked regularly, because one of the taps in the mens bathroom off of the waiting area of Platform 13 and 14 has been broken for a full month now, and there's no sign indicating that it's a known problem or one that they are in the midst of dealing with. I don't want to think of what that means for hygiene levels in the facilities.
Is it possible for the door staff on the platforms without barriers to be any more rude please? I’d love to be belittled more on my morning commute. I get that they’re given a tiny bit of power and must live that, but come on!
Arrived earlier than planned and in time for earlier train than we'd booked; Jeff in the TO was very helpful and quickly sorted a ticket change for us - friendly, helpful service: tha k you very much!
Why can't you get a WC that's not out of order, blocked with TP, or covered in urine where you want to sit? Do you need to increase ticket prices some more to improve the toilets?
