From the initial phone call for a quote to completion of the move Mr Reliable Removals have been brilliant. They moved us 360 miles from Cumbria to Hastings. Jim gave us advice on packing enabling us to have exactly the right amount of boxes. On removal day they were punctual and efficient at packing the van. It was a long day with the men starting at 7.30 am and finishing at 11pm. Throughout they were charming, good humoured and very hard working. I would highly recommend this company to anyone else. Their prices are competitive and the service they give if first class. Thank you Jim Pepper you are a real gent. Glad to have worked with you.
Jim and his team were extremely helpful and efficient throughout our move. When communicating with Jim he was very informative and gave excellent advice regarding packing our belongings. The team worked really hard on the day, we moved from Essex to Norfolk and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Jim and his team to friends and family.
I moved from Essex to Hastings in November. Having overpriced quotes locally in Essex, I thought I'd try a Hastings removal company, and Mr Reliable was recommended by the estate agent. I spoke to Jim over the phone and found him to be incredibly helpful, providing very detailed explanation of the process, and useful and positive information about the company, not to mention a competitive price, and flexibility with dates. Unlike one company that provided a quote wanting a 50% deposit!, Jim asked for payment on completion of the job. On the day of the move, Jim and two colleagues drove from Hastings to Essex. They were punctual, efficient, respectful and careful with my possessions and just generally, handling things and taking care to keep carpets clean etc. We have quite a lot of musical instruments and framed pictures, so this was important to me. Similarly, on arrival in Hastings all was well handled and there was no damage to anything at all. I highly recommend Mr Reliable, and would definitely use them again. Thanks for doing a great job.
Have used this Company twice and on both occasions and we found them to be efficient, polite, hard working and extremely careful with our furniture etc., could no praise them enough. Would recommend “Mr. Reliable” anytime.
